An incompetent and rude manager in the office on 1st floor. He blasts music loud enough to be heard throughout the entire floor, appears unkempt, and treats clients disrespectfully. He also makes discriminatory remarks based on nationality and language. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for someone working with the public. The pool has been closed for a long time, the water is green, and no one seems to know if it will ever be operational again.
