I will say, the customer service representatives are incredibly knowledgable and helpful - thank you to Jazmin and Mindy for their patience with me, as I am still trying to better understand insurance as a young adult. Unfortunately, Tall Tree is really not accepted many places and I feel as though I have not had much luck with coverage through them.

Figured I’d chime in on the reviews with my experience having tall tree as my insurance provider. I only had them for a few months and it was a couple years back. This was through my employer. I went to the drs and informed them my insurance coverage changed and handed them my talk tree card. They were just as confused as I was when I saw it. “Never heard of them” . This company is dishonest about their coverage. I scheduled an appointment with the doctor's office through their network using their website. I'd seen the doctor at that office. Now I have invoices since they claimed it was out of network. They refused to listen and correct their mistake. READ all of their reviews before applying for a job that Tall Tree Administrators. You will regret it! *Doge should examine them for fraud as well.

Huerfano county and city of walsenburg went with this bogus insurance company that no one can use, I wonder who's bright idea it was to call this BS. Company for insurance? Paying for medical insurance and no being able to use it is fraudulent and these crooks need to give the people their money back.
