I've lived here over 10 years and my neighbors are great. Overall it's a safe community with amenities... swimming pool in the Summer, year-round use of the club house with pool tables and gym equipment in the basement. Trash pick up at your home and water all included with your lot rent. Compost is available at the whim of the manager.

I'm shocked at the condition of many of the lots. It's looking dilapidated..
Nice and quiet neighborhood. People here are like most everywhere. You have most friendly and some keep to themselves. Not a lot of kids but after all it started out years ago I’m told as a 55 and older place. Kids here tend not to be too wild and well mannered. Nice place for small families as most mobile homes here are single wide but upkept in good condition. Some people seem to have excessive clutter visible but no harm done, I suppose.
