I moved to this community in March of 2025. Customer Service is excellent in person or on the phone at the office.The manager of the maintenance and the crew is amazing. I’m the type of person that I have to express my experience by staying more than 3 months. We put service calls in. They responded and fixed the issues promptly. My neighbors are very friendly and they are very helpful to inform us if anything happens. We live in a very quiet area with no noise. Love it! Tall Timbers Apartments has truly been a wonderful place to call home. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels safe. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help — maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of natural light. Maintenance is absolutely amazing! So sad to leave this apartment complex. It’s an old timey feel and you can definitely see that it’s been lived in but that’s 100% okay had a few issues with door handles falling off or leaks in the roof but maintenance was on top of it with in 24 hours or faster!!
Summer and the maintenance Team are amazing! Quiet and an awesome pool.
I had the best experience today when I went to see Tall Timbers! Summer was amazing and so helpful!
