Been here for years with very little complaints. Maintenance stays on top of work orders, the property manager is very kind, professional, and takes concerns seriously. The apartments themselves were built in the 80s so sometimes there are things to be fixed from time to time by default, but that’s not a problem with a good management/staff. The area is nice, safe for children, lots of grass for dogs. By far my best experience with any apartments so far.
Great staff, great maintenance staff. Property team is looking at every opportunity to improve the property. *New Led street lights (safe at night, well lit) *New appliances *New HVAC units on many buildings *Top notch pool care *Mature pet owners (very clean) *Arborist and lawn teams keep property neat *Daily trash Valet, keeps buildings clean Thank you Sherry, Summer, and Donovan.
Maintenance team is awesome
Great overall experience the 3 years I lived here. Maintenence team is 10 star some of the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Management is top notch too quick to address issues and work with their tenants. Would recommend this place for anyone.
