Written communication is extremely poor and unprofessional - it is impossible to get an email response from anyone. When their team falls short, they scramble to find ways to lay blame on the resident. TWO years later, nothing has changed. Getting a call back from the front office is a struggle
I took a tour of this community and it’s a big NO for me. Although the units have stainless steel appliances, the units are run down and old. Not to mention the stench of old/mildew. Prices are reasonable. It’s looks trashy in the middle of the community. A lot of tenants have a bunch of mess everywhere!!! Looks very rough when you tour the property. THE CITY OF EULESS IS OLD, BORING AND BEHIND THE TIMES!!!
