Our family was in the process of switching to these apts a while back. Due to icy weather, they delayed the preparation of our apt for two weeks which cost our family HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. I had to pay my current apartments for the extra days since I had put in my 60 days notice. They had no empathy or professionalism for the money they costs our family and only told us we’re were free to cancel our lease. Save yourself the hassle and don’t lease here.
There’s a Lady name yami in the office , she’s extremely sweet and nice . Her customer service is amazing anytime I walk through the office she’s full of Joy while she greet me and anyone else .
Toured this property and decided to lease it blind because hey I’m in Euless there’s no such thing as a bad apartment right? Wrong. I leased the A5 apartment with the loft with the expectation to move in on 12/19. The day I get the keys maintenance is throwing out the trash from the previous tenant when I walked up. I have loved my time at Tall Timbers! Quiet even being close to pool. Everyone is pretty friendly.
Been here for years with very little complaints. Maintenance stays on top of work orders, the property manager is very kind, professional, and takes concerns seriously. The apartments themselves were built in the 80s so sometimes there are things to be fixed from time to time by default, but that’s not a problem with a good management/staff. The area is nice, safe for children, lots of grass for dogs. By far my best experience with any apartments so far.
