Property team is looking at every opportunity to improve the property. *New Led street lights (safe at night, well lit) *New appliances *New HVAC units on many buildings *Top notch pool care *Mature pet owners (very clean) *Arborist and lawn teams keep property neat *Daily trash Valet, keeps buildings clean Thank you Sherry, Summer, and Donovan.
Maintenance team is awesome
Great overall experience the 3 years I lived here. Maintenence team is 10 star some of the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Management is top notch too quick to address issues and work with their tenants. Would recommend this place for anyone.
