Flowerco has been my go to for 15+ years when ordering yummy gift hampers for our new clients at work, flowers for clients once we complete their new home, for special occasions new babies, weddings etc & to send in honour of loved ones who have passed away. Great customer service. The shop keeper helped me assemble a custom flower banquet for my uncles funeral service. I loved how the flower arrangement turned out. She put a lot of effort into the details as well. Considering the layout of banquet, colour of the wrapping paper & ribbons. Highly recommend the place. I’ll definitely be coming back as a regular for special occasions. Thank you for the service. I’ll be sure to also recommend the place to my friends and family.
I’ve had deliveries several times before and have been quite satisfied with quality but this time it came with old Lindt chocolates which had obviously been through a hot summer- semi melted and misshapen and with only a fortnight to the end of their use by- very disappointing Edited to reflect that after complaints to both store and Interflora the chocolates have been replaced. But my faith in this florist has been seriously and permanently damaged.
Amazing customer service , the flowers and gifts the best i have ever ordered beautiful, all delivered on time. My daughter loved them, she also said the delivery person was so lovely.. this will now be my go to florist in Melbourne.. 10 out of 10..
