The costumer service we have been experiencing during our stay has been the best we ever have. The guy has been on point when everything we need and the most friendly kind person we ever met staying somewhere. The service alone will make us come back every year. Love that it’s a family owned small business which you unfortunately don’t get that often anymore. We are leaving tomorrow and will probably even add a day to our stay to stay longer.
Very glad we found this place. Owners were great and the place is very comfortable. Highly recommend it. Good choice for the area. Would go back again.
Wonderful front desk agent. His friendliness and last minute accomdation is above and beyond. The room was clean. A little older, but clean and comfortable.
I'll start off by saying, yes this is an amazing motel with just about everything you need for an amazing vacation in Lake George. We did a last minute booking last night and they were able to accommodate us. Brad was very understanding when we told him about the google prices. He also told us a lot about the surrounding areas, he has a lot of knowledge on maple syrup (we asked about surrounding maple syrup farms).
