Stay away from this park. The management are forcing people to move (or abandon if they can not afford to move ) their homes. They do not give an actual reason or a term of the lease that was broken, or any other notice that would suggest some rule was not followed. Moving these homes is very expensive and most people on fixed incomes can not afford to do so. They have friends that they will send to your home with a lowball offer and a message something along the lines of "you are out of time, you have to move your home out"... read more
UnfaIr treatment from management. I do not recommend this park to senior citizens.
It is horrible how customers are treated in this park. Business decisions are very unfair. I bought a mobile home in community 8 years ago… always paid rent on time. When my daughters home burned, she and her children had to live with me temporarily. Children were forced to leave and I was threatened with eviction for allowing them a temporary home with me. . Then my lease was terminated because manager decided he could put two single wide trailers on the lot my double wide sets on. My mobile home instantly lost value becaus... read more
