Lovely community, great people, however, very poorly managed. Complaints and requests are ignored. Security cameras don’t work, the front gates are frequently broken, poorly maintained lawn irrigation systems.
Worst management I have ever encountered. The maintenance of the grounds is non-existant. Sidewalks are so full of black mildew, you are forced to walk in the middle of the street. The value of homes keeps going down. Unacceptable. Do not recommend it.
This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life, Buyer beware.
