It is a nice apartment community in a wooded setting in niskayuna, ny but they need to fix and install more lighting in the parking lots for safety in the dark.
I am not a renter at Tall Oaks BUT y'all do not know what bad is until you live where I do at the current time. No lights really? There has not been a light outside my place for the whole time I lived here. He keeps saying he will put a light bulb up and never does. This month he says if I want a light then to put one up.
