I am not a renter at Tall Oaks BUT y'all do not know what bad is until you live where I do at the current time. No lights really? There has not been a light outside my place for the whole time I lived here. He keeps saying he will put a light bulb up and never does. This month he says if I want a light then to put one up. Pipes were leaking in the basement. He literally put a few bandaids and tape over that. I'm not just saying that to say it. That is literally. The fire department reported him to code. Location and accommodations are good
I'm impressed by the unit I'm renting effective April 27th building 3, apt 20 but like a previous reviewer says, please have lights shining on the building numbers as it will be very difficult to find building 3 in the dark! Will have to memorize this location in the day on 27th so I can find quickly at night. Great complex but poor lighting at night!
On behalf of delivery drivers, police, fire, and emt's - please put better numbers on the buildings. Maybe add lighting over the building number and make apartment numbers more visible.
