I had a decent experience However the administration at the time was horrible, the building I was in had a roach out break. The manager Tim at the time was new and in charge he would have the exterminator come to my apartment prior to, there was no extermination. He went around all the units and Im thinking this is going on in all units including mines. Fast foward Im moving out months later because at that time 2021/2022 things were changing in the area not so good. I had young ones and I found a better place in niskayuna. ... read more

It is a nice apartment community in a wooded setting in niskayuna, ny but they need to fix and install more lighting in the parking lots for safety in the dark.

I am not a renter at Tall Oaks BUT y'all do not know what bad is until you live where I do at the current time. No lights really? There has not been a light outside my place for the whole time I lived here. He keeps saying he will put a light bulb up and never does. This month he says if I want a light then to put one up. Pipes were leaking in the basement. He literally put a few bandaids and tape over that. I'm not just saying that to say it. That is literally. The fire department reported him to code.
