Quiet and peaceful place
Been here at this park for over 6 years. Use to be a good place to live til the switched ownership 2 years ago. If I could give no stars I would. No one should living in any of the conditions they have the trailers in now. It's the worst park in Elkhart County.
This is the worst place to live. The manager will not fix anything and when you buy a trailer outright they will not give you a title for your home so the Park still owns it. None of the trailers have drinkable or even usable water with chunks of rust and a strong rust smell. We lived there for 1.5 years with no working furnace the electricity halfway working no hot water and mold from storm damage and No repairs were made
