Prior to closing on our new home, Bruce Busch of Tall Grass Landscaping was contracted to install a koi pond system consisting of two streams, three water falls and two ponds. The job was poorly constructed which has led to hundreds of gallons of water loss. He was in agreement with the sellers and my husband and I to correct the issues. He visited once to tell me he would need to tear the largest water fall apart and rebuild it.
