They need help with scheduling correctly! Had an appointment that was already further out than I wanted to wait then they tried to add 3 more weeks! Going to a new vet for everything!
I used to love this vet but the service has gone down hill this year since Dr Ford left. I will not go back after the last experience
I really debated whether or not to write this review. I was a client here for four years with my senior dog (ages 12–15) and two cats. Unfortunately, the care has been not only inconsistent but, at times, truly incompetent. My dog (currently age 15) was put on a prescription dog food for over two years for a condition she was misdiagnosed with. After calling seven other veterinarian offices are secured an appointment at 5:30 this afternoon with tall grass. I had to make the appointment online as no one answered the phone 30 minutes after I made the appointment they wanted me to bring my dog in for the day so that they could get a clean urine sample from her. I have a very reactive dog who has had so much trauma from vets, we have been going to Tall Grass for a few years now and have yet to have ANY issues or bad experiences. Staff is considerate and gentle, willing to explain anything, and actually listen to you. They also are always super attentive, we have almost never had a wait.
