We have always gotten an appointment quickly and they are very responsive. Prices seem to be in line with other vets. I’ve enjoyed this vet for both of my dogs.
I've been torn about leaving this review because we had been going to Tall Grass since 2020 and up until recently had been extremely impressed with their service. I've even referred several of my friends & family to their practice. It's painfully obvious, however, that they are not the same Tall Grass from a few years ago. I still believe that Dr. Fordham is great at his job but I'm not willing to deal with the rest of the staff anymore and most especially their receptionist. We loved this vet when Dr. Fordham and Dr Skarie worked there. There was always follow up, clear communication, and a genuine care for your pets. Now, that is not the case. We took our dog in for an emergency appointment after several days of oral bleeding. Two days after the appointment, she was still bleeding and we did not hear anything about how we were to move forward. I ended up having to call and ask what I needed to tell the emergency vet, as there seemed to be no sense of urgency on their end and she was still activ... read more
NOT A HOSPITAL......TURNS PETS AWAY WHEN ONE PRESENTS AN ACTUAL EMERGENCY. APPOINTMENTS ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET. The Prices are also unreasonable.......I am incredibly dissapointed with the veterinary emergency sevices, not even sure why it is called a hospital. I have spent many thousands of dollars paying for routine overpriced visits and medications for my 4 dogs. Best vet! Everyone is so nice, the doctors explain things very well, and it’s an easy drive. lol in the photos, my puppy had run around excited about a new place then took a nap while her older sister just chilled
