Lived here for a bit and it is next to busy streets that may not always keep this place quiet as one would like it to be... Tall firs to enjoy though! :)
Bought a place here in 2008. A very fine place with plenty of activity and common spaces, friendly neighbors, apartments and town houses are available, the grounds are usually maintained well. However the HOA is overbearing and controlling, the dues are unreasonably high, and the management companies they hire are combative and uncaring. The HOA are unable to manage money and keep raising the dues. Neither the HOA or the management companies communicate properly, or at all sometimes.
