Obviously this Title Company is bad at doing their work and definitely don't own up to their mistakes. They did the closing on the sell of my house 4 yrs ago. I found out a few months ago that their was 2 separate mortgage notes tied to my home. They paid mortgage note 1 but not mortgage note #2. So, now the home that I sold has a lien on it and now I owe $82000 on this second mortgage which should have been paid before closing. Although I paid for title insurance, Tall City Title hasn't been helpful to clear up their mistak... read more
