I’ve eaten at Tall City Bistro numerous times, and it has become one of my favorite local restaurants in Midland. One thing that really stands out is the consistency. Every visit has been just as good as the last, which is something that’s surprisingly hard to find. I’ve tried the Torta Cubano Sandwich, Midlander Skillet, Bistro Tacos, Philly Cheesesteak, and the Al Pastor Tacos, and every single dish has been excellent.
