Showed up for a scheduled appointment at 5:30 that I made with Nikki, the day before. Door was locked and she was working on another client. Ok, I get it. You are closed and don't want walk ins. I knock on the glass and you see me, I smile and wave but you just look back down at your client. So I figure you will come let me in when you have a moment. Nope.
