It is the best speech therapy center . My son learned a lot there, as he used to not speak at all, but after less than 20 sessions, he began to utter a lot of words. I am very grateful to the speech therapist Fatima. She is a wonderful person and works very sincerely. My son benefited a lot from her Thank you talking in steps
The worst service I have ever experienced. The first assessment for my 4 year old son his speech therapist did not even show up to the appointment. His 2nd appointment his therapist was not there again was handed over to another therapist who just played games. His 3rd appointment they told me that he was not booked in weekly that he only has fortnightly appointments. Even though I have a letter from them saying my son will be attending weekly. Have been going to talking in steps for just over 3 months now and cannot say enough good things about them. Ruth Ghalager one of the speech therapist there has been treating my son for speech delay. Since attending TIS my son has flourished and speech has improved so much that he was accepted into school. He went from hardly putting sentences together to talking and conversing so good.
