Tried to reschedule an appt Wednesday afternoon that was my first appt with them for the upcoming Friday and they wanted to charge me 100 for the change. Canceled any further work with them from that moment and glad I never officially used them to begin with. I would stay away from a mental health service that cares more about dollars then people.
They just want your money and try to schedule as many appointments as they can to get it. Drs do not listen to you but they do make false accusations about you before even knowing your background.. honestly what they are doing seems illegal
Dreadful
I have been successfully using Talkiatry for a couple months now. The Dr is very nice and understanding. I get my medications timely and accurately. They are always responsive over email and helpful when I had to call in.
This a terrible company. I don't blame the man who took my call after being canceled TWICE. I BLAME THE DOCTOR. First appointment she lied and said I was a "no show" even though I was in the waiting room waiting to connect to the horrible lying doctor. I called them and they could see that I was not a "no show" and didn't charge me $100 fee for a "no show" then they rescheduled me with the same lying doctor for 1 month later.
