I ordered one of their vinyl pec boards and I am beyond satisfied. They were very easy to communicate with and got me my board really quickly. I can’t praise this company enough.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could took 9 months to get the device even though all insurance was approved within the first month was told was going to be sturdy device etc…. Nothing more than an outdated iPad with a case and blue tooth speaker and a $150 program on it. They locked out everything on the iPad so it could not make regular updates as well. They did not help with program use or set up and the communication with the company was not helpful and almost useless. My daughters therapists have been the ones to help us to ... read more

Absolutely horrible. An insurance scam at best. This "process" or "journey" as they like to call it has taken nearly a year at this point. I wish I could go back and never use this company. Please don't be fooled.

My son is nonverbal with DS-ASD. I absolutely HATE this company and the whole experience from beginning to now end... I said from the beginning my son would throw the device. I was given what they said was most sturdy and he broke it within a month. His mentality is 1y old. The set up was so difficult I had to travel over an hour to have someone set it up. He hasn't learned a thing mainly due to the fact warranty will not cover unless you use their screen cover and protection which doesn't work!! I suggested using like what ... read more
