I have caught them in many lies them blaming that insurance is the reason why things take forever but funny as I get letters from my insurance when they approved things. It's one lie after another if you have a choice don't go through this place sadly this is where my insurance accept.
I ordered one of their vinyl pec boards and I am beyond satisfied. They were very easy to communicate with and got me my board really quickly. I can’t praise this company enough.
I’d give them 0 stars if I could took 9 months to get the device even though all insurance was approved within the first month was told was going to be sturdy device etc…. Nothing more than an outdated iPad with a case and blue tooth speaker and a $150 program on it. They locked out everything on the iPad so it could not make regular updates as well. Absolutely horrible. An insurance scam at best. This "process" or "journey" as they like to call it has taken nearly a year at this point. I wish I could go back and never use this company. Please don't be fooled.
