I asked Dianne to use a certain hair dye color on my hair. She said yes no problem, and she used a different hair dye altogether, it was super dark. she said I’ll mix this in the back. She lied and said she was mixing it in the back. It wasn’t the color I asked for, it was a color she picked from her shop that she thought would match. Now I have to deal with it. Great staff, friendly, talented and knowledgeable. I love my color and get a tone of compliments. My favorite stylist is Domenica. My family has been going for years.
An adorable little establishment. I followed my stylist here after she left her prior salon due to it closing. Very kind and personable personnel! I usually just get a cut but they do everything!
Friendly, really listen to what the client wants.
