I had beautiful natural long hair, I only asked to lighten my ends and leave my natural color at my roots, style "shadow roots", to let them grow naturally, but the hairdresser destroyed all my hair, she bleached too much even all my roots and it's gray. She deleted all my natural color. She didn't do anything that I had explained to her, although I had shown her several model photos. It cost me $200, they don't wanna refund me nor fix their mistakes for free and my hair is completely destroyed
