This place is a scam. First they take your phone as if they are cleaning it for you and then they use an old brush to wipe out the dust from the speaker of the phone for which they ask you 35 dollars without first taking my consent that’s how much it’s going to charge. The person on the counter has the audacity to say he is doing me a favor. Please never visit this shop.
AT&T decided not to help regarding fixing my phone and explained to me after 2 days of going back and forth with insurance that they could "possibly help me" but would likely take longer as they would "have to order the parts" as they have a tech on site but only one with about 10 other people working. Very weird set up. But this guy- walked in told me the price, I said yes, he was 20 minutes. My phone is as good as new. Do not go here. This place relies on scams. Genuinely surprised they are open.
I called to get my phone screen fixed and the guy said he would charge me $120 to fix my phone. I told him I didn’t want to pay anymore than that and he brought another screen and said it’s $149.99. I said I can’t do that because I only had $132 and he said ask the lady behind me for money while already starting to repair the phone. I brought my girlfriend's phone in here on the 1st of January 2025 (editing my review). They replaced her port but now whenever anyone talks to her there's feedback and we can't hear her. I called to report this to the store and the guy told me he didn't fix her phone today. I tried to explain but he played defense and was not helpful. This place will beg you for 5 star reviews so that they can look good and offer discounts. That's the only reason I had a 5 star here before. Thanks for the $5 off, scammers.
