i’m bought an apple MagSafe wireless charger it will not charge they said light is supposed to b off while charging well i got back home took it to apple store they told me it’s not a real apple it’s a knock off so they r charging $65 for a fake apple charger that people cannot use

There service is very good. Behavior also nice. There every product is unique. I love this store.
This place is a joke. You would be better off spending the extra little bit of money and taking it to a professional. I would have been better off keeping the crack in my screen instead of taking it here. My screen has a whole bunch of dust under it now. I took it back in to see if he would do anything about it to maybe fix his error and he was rude and pretty much told me he would do nothing to help me but if the screen breaks again he would give me a discount next time. The place is a joke
