I just read the review from the mom who rated Jennifer a 1. I have the same concerns. If you have a child with issues and have to cancel she will charge enormous cancellation fees and then let you go stating your child has not made progress. Isn’t that the speech therapists responsibility to make sure they meet the child at their level not the child. I was excited to find this therapist for my daughter, took her on time for her every week sessions, always paid on time. This therapist went on vacation and some holidays in between, therefore my daughter had some time off when Moore returned to her office, she never reached out to me to schedule any other sessions, I tried to reach her and ask her when was her next availability and never got a response. My daughter Brooklyn has made outstanding strides in her aparaxia battle since seeing Jennifer. She is very accommodating, professional and always available to answer questions and talk me through any concerns either myself or my daughter’s school may have.
