I have had a deeply negative experience with Talk About Therapy. They provide both poor-quality services and unprofessional, dismissive treatment. Speech therapy sessions lacked transparency and relied on generic, repetitive methods that did not meet the child’s needs. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this speech therapy company. On multiple occasions, the office was not prepared to open on time at 8:00 a.m. The front desk staff are unprofessional and disorganized. One day, I signed my daughter in online, but the clerk, Stephanie, was busy talking with her coworkers and did not acknowledge us or sign us in until I physically went to the front desk. We’ve been coming here since January 2025, when my son was just two years old. He has autism, and we receive speech, occupational, and physical therapy services at Talk About. I absolutely love the staff—everyone is so kind and supportive. My son’s therapists are amazing and have done a wonderful job collaborating with his BCBA to make sure he has all the support he needs to thrive.
