Line 2 was down after taking a few stations. No one knows how much time they need to wait. Then I switched to line 1. Again, having issue after 15 mins. Now I just feel there’s no way we can go back home. As a passenger living in Midtown and need to work in DT. This is the utmost disaster before and after work. Seriously just give me a break!

Presto card online service is full disaster. We were trying to report a lost card and to transfer the balance to a newly purchased one. At the end both cards, the lost one and the new one, have been cancelled. The button for reporting a lost card, and cancellation, that you have on your video are non existent.
