DO NOT STAY HERE... rooms dirty and broken toilet, windows and other items. One window could not be shut in childrens bedroom allowing a fall from height... scary, horrible experience. Staff terrible, rude, did not care... said they handle thousands of properties across Gold Coast so you have to deal with them... never again!!! Keys are accessible by all visitors as one combination opens a safe with all keys in it... could have accessed anywhere or someone could copy keys and just show up... The Talisman was incredible. This was my first stay and I can’t wait to be back. The apartment was fantastic, so comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic with the most amazing views. The family running the Talisman were great, extremely helpful and friendly which just added to the whole experience. I did not want to leave, but I’m going to be a regular from now on!
