I am so excited to say that my fiancé and I are officially homeowners thanks to Talisa! She turned what felt like a very intimidating process into such a smoother experience. As first-time homebuyers, we truly appreciated how she guided us every step of the way, always making sure we knew what to do and when to do it. I called Talisa to ask for help in selling my former rental duplex and she said, "Sure, I'll help you." Almost immediately, there were interested buyers and in less than a week (literally) were interested parties and, just like that it was sold and she got me more than what was originally anticipated. From the beginning to the end Talisa Cohen delivered exceptional service. When contacting her through emails,phone calls or texts.
