It's a Doctors and health center
The receptionist called nerys is extremely rude and doesn't seem to be trained on how to deal with people in pain or in need which I believe is vital at a doctor surgery. If you feel rudely treated by the receptionist, don't bother trying to speak to the manager because they just double down on the rudeness and cause you to have a panic attack. I do not like to have to share this information but I think it's important to let people know. People working in the medical industry should be trained to deal with vulnerable people.
