Bought kayak slings. Third purchase 20 years. Total new design and they are horrible. Worst thing is no communication. Called , left messages on the 800 # and hearing nothing , called the local # hearing nothing sent an email . All over 2 week period , not a single reply!! What kind of business doesn’t answer their phones, don’t return messages , nor answers email? They had no problem quickly taking my $78 though.
