Had a service done today, booking was fast and easy, staff are friendly and happy to explain things to you. Tidy workshop. I feel comfortable having work done to my car there and will be my regular mechanics. highly recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience with this Mechanic Shop . Initially, I was charged for a diagnostic check. After that, they told me a part needed replacing, which I agreed to and paid nearly $900. Unfortunately, the car broke down again with the exact same issue shortly after. I had the car towed back to them, and they said they would fix it. I trusted them and left the car again. Later, they called and said it was fixed—but once again, the same issue happened. It’s not often these days you find a mechanic that i can honestly say goes above and beyond for their clients. These guys worked so hard to help my family out. They were honest, fair, communicated well and went out of their way to solve issues. Always friendly and understanding. Determined to see any issue through to the end nothing was a problem for them. Thank you Anthony and everyone at talese for everything you did to make a stressful situation that bit better. You guys are amazing and I couldn’t recommend you higher.
