Bad business.
Tanya, was nice when we initially spoke about the job. But, that was the only time I was able to get ANYONE on the phone - for months. As a former recruiter myself, I can honestly says this outfit is very unprofesssional - they lack "basic communication ediquette" which comes across as "rude." They create "time waste." This puts you the candidate at a "great disadvantage" when companies are dealing with several recruiters for the same role.
