I’ve been going to Crystal for my lash lift and tint for over a year now. Always very professional, friendly, and makes my lashes look amazing! She even gives me a scalp massage while my lashes are processing!
Very clean and comfortable along with a pleasant attitude and being humble. If I could give 1000% I would. I haven't had a bad experience yet and I doubt thait I ever will. I would recommend coming here for great service and quality work .
I have been getting services done by Crystal for over 5 years before there was a Talented Stylez. I live in Chicago and she does my hair, every other month I take that drive or she comes my way to do my sew- in's. She also does my daughter's lashes and there has never been a time she has done terrible or bad work. There has never been time she has not made sure me and my girls was good with her services. I saw her clients and the lashes are not done good at all. She charges for doing a mess!! Won't repair nor offer full refunds!
This place has no professionalism nor respect for peoples time and money. The service was pathetically done!! I paid to get my lashes done that took 3.5 hours, then once I left my lashes started falling out and shedding alot. I reached out to her she played me off like she wasn't interested in correcting the lashes from all falling out as they did ultimately after 1 week.
