I am a die setter and press operator I work there for 2 days and I went in and told the man who runs the pressroom on Friday I am going to be taking out my tool box on and I would be bringing in a smaller tool box on Monday. Since I haven't set up I really didn't need all those tools. Wright after that he told me to just take it now and told me to just go with it. And told me it wasn't going to work anyway. Horrible place to work they offer welder 10.00 per 50 hours a week and pay bi weekly no benefits at all they do stuff for the employees on holidays but that's it dont work there if your looking for a career

Owners really are very nice. If you have alot of experience setting up presses and you try to help make anything better than the pressroom manager and his leader think it is. They will help everybody else but you and you will take a long time to do a set-up and they are the type that if you do one thing wrong that is all they talk about even if you did 15 faster set-ups before that.
