This place has changed hands since my last visit. The men's side didn't have a seat in the dressing room, except the toilet. Stripped down, no comfort items that used to be there. Even the water was missing ice.... Sad.
Absolutely phenomenal experience. Lydia, my esthetician and masseuse was so sweet and attentive. The front desk gal was lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend coming here for your spa and sauna needs! Their sauna is a chromotherapy sauna, which operates different colored lights for certain treatments.

My sweet husband sent me to Telaga Day Spa for the day and the experience was amazing! From calling to schedule my services, all the questions I had, to the actual experience was beyond anything more than I expected. Love, love, love the Talega Day Spa. For the amazing quality and experience, their prices are ridiculously good. Their masseuses are some of the best I've had in the area. Highly recommend to everyone.
