Simple tires were good
I changed one of my tyres here last month. As a rideshare driver, I replace tyres quite often, and most tyre shops do their best to help drivers by offering good service and fair prices. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. The replacement tyre did not have a similar tread pattern to the other tyres, and it was inflated to 46 PSI, which seemed excessive. I needed an inspection done on my car with quite short notice, and they managed to deliver on my request even with the need to order and change two of my tires, all done in one day. Very happy with the service!
Spoke to the manager who was able to resolve a complaint, he handled it professionally and respectfully. I'll be looking forward to engaging Taleb Tyres in the future.
