I purchased a house that was approved as structurally sound by Charles Brown and Talcott Engineering. Four days after my closing it was discovered that the house had almost no foundation and other structural defects.
Plum Point Phase III. We hired this company in July 2020 for an engineer report on the decking of 31 units in our phase. We requested a priority list for repairs to submit to our homeowners. We were told the report and priority list would be provided by September 2020. After many phone calls we finally received the report, but not a priority list, in December 2020.
