I would leave a zero but it will not allow me to. Do not use this "electrician". Talcott did some sub work for our GC on our addition, Nick missed countless appointments without notice. Sabotaged some of his work to ensure the contractor paid him, I had to hire a different electrician to clean up the mess. Nick was also paid to do a side project for 1,000 and did not complete the job. He billed our contractor for the same work, getting paid double for the single project that was never completed.
