Alex and Jamie are both incredibly nice people who I've known for years, and I'm very happy I switched to him when his practice opened. He's helped me with my jaw-popping, and also been great with my husband who didn't ever go to the dentist until he was in his 40's! :)
Got me in quickly to refer to oral surgeon. Unfortunately, they sent me to one that didn't take our insurance, so that appt was a waste of money. They then changed the day of my next appointment without my knowledge--I keep great records of appts and know it was their mistake. Then said by text they no longer accept our insurance the EVENING before the appointment and had known this for 2 months! Disorganized and a waste of time and money. On to the next waitlist.
Dr Talbot and his team provide a caring and exceptional dental experience! Highly recommend for anyone looking/needing a new dentist or dental work! Thanks again Dr Talbot!
My family (all 7 of us) has been coming here for years. I've seen more than my share of dental practices, some good and some....not so good. If you have been looking for something better than what you've gotten in the past, you've found it here. Alex Talbott tops the list. Poor performance on transparency. Was informed by telephone 12 before procedure of expected cost after waiting 3 months for visit. When the issue of transparency was brought up Talbott, himself "isn't 12 hours enough time for you to cancel?"Rude, Shady and we also recieved a bill after we were told we owed nothing. Claimed texted and called but cell phones show no record of any attempts. Poor business practices.
