Today I mark on my calendar the absolute worst experience me, my mother and uncle have experienced in seminole towne center talbots with the store manager. Today my mother was doing some shopping and was trying to make a return and the manager wasn't trying to process her transaction, stating "she's not going to return said item" in which was paid for legally with proper receipt and proof of purchase.
