Irina was absolutely amazing! She is one of the sweetest store managers I have ever met and was so kind to my mother and I. The whole shopping experience was uplifted before we left. The store was extremely tidy and the sales were amazing! Always a pleasure to see such nice employees at Scarsdale shopping location. Will definitely back ! Thank you Irina!

I have been a Talbots customer for over 20 years. I’ve been forced to order online because I’m plus size and they no longer carry a lot of items in the store in Scarsdale. However, when I have to return some thing I need to go to the store in Scarsdale. One of the sweaters I received was poor quality my first time wearing it since the weather has been so warm. I had a very pleasant experience shopping at Talbots today. All the clerks were helpful and knowledgeable - especially Denise Jones. Denise showed that she had fashion sense. She was warm, thoughtful, and demonstrated super customer service. She really made me feel comfortable and happy I came there. She is a wonderful contribution to Talbots!!!
