I really like Talbots and am happy to have a store nearby, but unfortunately, I often hesitate to shop there because the employees are generally unfriendly whenever I ask for help. Yesterday, I tried to return two of the seven dresses I had purchased. The dresses had never been worn, and I still had the tags, but the tags were no longer attached. Emily was so helpful and attentive to my needs. She took initiative when my hands were full encouraging me to try a fitting room. Her kindness opened the door to me deciding to take advantage of the sale and refresh my wardrobe. I bought six outfits with her help and will surly return to this location again.
