Terrible customer service experiences the few times I have been in this store during the past six months. Unfriendly associates who do not wish to be bothered to help customers. Very unfortunate, as I used to like shopping here. I was the only person in the store at the time I was there and no one came to check on me after I entered the fitting room. There were plenty of employees working at this store, but none of them greeted me upon entering or offered assistance. Even as I browsed, tried on a few items, and purchased a dress, I never received any acknowledgment or help. However, the associate who rang up my purchase was pleasant.
This place is the best. I am a young college student and I always get treated the best going in here. Joan was so sweet to me and worked with me for an hour. I will continue to go back to see her! This Talbots specifically is so clean and all the workers are so sweet!
Nice clothes, wide variety of clothes. Had a coupon from RetailMeNot that I took to another location to complete my purchase. The associates at this location acted like I was trying to steal the clothes off their very backs!! Not nice.
