Great location. The store is larger than I'm used to, which was a plus. The salesperson who helped me was very friendly and very helpful. I always have a great experience when shopping at Talbots.

Terrible customer service experiences the few times I have been in this store during the past six months. Unfriendly associates who do not wish to be bothered to help customers. Very unfortunate, as I used to like shopping here. I was the only person in the store at the time I was there and no one came to check on me after I entered the fitting room. There were plenty of employees working at this store, but none of them greeted me upon entering or offered assistance. Even as I browsed, tried on a few items, and purchased a dress, I never received any acknowledgment or help. However, the associate who rang up my purchase was pleasant.
