The staff steals from their patients!!! I strongly caution you Reconsider before placing your vulnerable family member in this place. My mother was there for only about one to two weeks after a hospital stay, and what we experienced was deeply upsetting. Her room was repeatedly extremely hot. To our knowledge, she was bathed only once. She told us she sometimes waited around 30 minutes after pressing her call button while caregivers walked past her room. Was not clean.Nsg staff seemed attentive but looked like some bed ridden pts were not cared fed or offered assistance in feeding
Being at Valley, have the Best Care. Everyone has been, excellent care of me, Dr.s Nurses, Aid, Everyone Top Up, Hands Up, Especially not knowing the unknown.I Love Valley View
Our mom stayed at Valley View for about 8 weeks. During that time we had a collaborative team there that helped to coordinate services. They helped us apply for additional medical benefits, supported our mom, and had a nicely updated area outside to enjoy. Emily Boyer, as activities coordinator, is top notch and gave our mom encouragement to join activities.
I'm impressed by the facility and the activities team! They maintain an engaging and lively atmosphere.
