Just been into doctors surgery in agony went to reception to make an appointment with a doctor asap with the receptionist of whom to my disbelief told me you can't make appointments at the surgery has to be online!!! Why have a receptionist if you can't make appointments at the reception!!!! Mind boggles.
If I could put less than one star I would. I have never come across a surgery with so many obvious issues in the way they run the practice, I’m actually embarrassed for them. This review is off the back of several ‘run ins’ I have had with the practice. These people are supposedly public servants but severely lack any sort of compassion. Heaven forbid you want to get a word in on the phone, they will constantly interrupt and belittle you.
