Have been at this practice for 40 yrs plus find the reception staff very kind and my husband has most of the time Dr Holmes never retire Dr Holmes .my Dr Mason is kindness it self always ready to listen and so helpful it's a hard time for the practice at this time so many people to deal with .if we are kind and polite we will get kindness back to us keep up the good work every one .
Absolutely rubbish doctors don’t care about patients ! Told me sit at home only bad back ! Got mri myself ! Had 2 slipped disc ! Go back to them and I get what u want me to do with that 😡😡
Well first it takes 4 weeks to get an appointment to check something that is spreading like wild fire, then I attend the appointment and get issued 2 items, 1 I was able to get the other has been discontinued, I tell them this and they issue the same items and tell me to travel to Christchurch to collect it, I tell them I can't get there, I have noone to take me, they say let's see if we can get something else, this was a week ago, nothing since, if I needed this to live, I'd be a goner I wish we could just claim back nation... read more
