I needed an appraisal in a hurry, and was able to get them to come out within 24 hours. While there was a fee for a Rush, the overall cost was less than my last appraisal, and the results were to my lender within hours of the appointment. I dealt with Steve, and he was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I greatly appreciate his time and empathy. UPDATE: 5 new 5 star reviews popped within 24 hours right after I posted this.... I am a mortgage broker doing a very high volume of deals. Using Talbot has been *by far* my worst appraisal experience to date. My client had an original appraisal done by one of their appraisers 6 months ago, and they found the value to be $700,000. Purview puts the current value at $710,000 and MPAC puts the value at $650,000.
