The care we receive for our dog, Coco has been wonderful! Every staff member is friendly and caring. The vets are exceptional and explain everything clearly. We feel our pup is in good hands at every visit.
Five stars is a disservice to Talbot Animal Hospital. They have treated us and our two kitties so well over the years. Always incredibly impressed with the level of help we are able to get even over the phone too! Thanks for everything :)
I've been taking my cat, Natasha, here ever since moving to London. The staff are all very friendly and lovely, and very thorough in answering questions and ensuring Natasha's health. I do wish they offer some type of payment plan for more expensive procedures such as dental surgery. But overall, it has been a very caring and loving experience, I feel very comfortable there and they take great care of their human and animal clients.
My dog, Maple, recently visited here for his annual vaccinations and treatments, and the experience was outstanding. The environment is warm and welcoming. Dr. Lori was exceptionally kind and took the time to clearly explain Maple’s treatment plan as well as the costs involved, which I found very helpful and reassuring. The office staff were equally professional and attentive—they provided Maple with a bowl of water, noticing he was panting from the heat outside. Thanks for the help and care.
Had 2 visits for my cats sneezing issue, both times they just gave me antibiotics and the second time their new vet had repeatedly told me that the first visit simply never happened, and just put them on the same meds that didn't work, and then want more money for another exam. This place used to be great, I have no idea what is going on Best of luck.
