After leaving Active Duty Navy in 2005, (a few weeks prior to Hurricane Katrina) I settled in the New Orleans area and established The Medical Care Center. The goal was to increase access to affordable primary care services for insured and uninsured members of South East Louisiana and surrounding areas. The Medical Care Center has a diverse patient population consisting of blue collar workers, attorneys, law enforcement officers, active duty and retired military.

My name is Anthony Ratley and i have been seeing doctor talbot going on 11 year's and he is the best doctor that i have ever been to, he is a kind caring man,I will recommend dr talbot to anyone!
I went there for pain management and was treated like an addict I don't even drink I just want my back to stop hurting and be able to sleep at night but the doctor is never there only seen him twice in 6 months and when I tell them my backs been hurting worse they refer me to another doctor well I thought that's why I was going to those one all one big money hustle
I had to rescedule an appointment because I had a balance of $40.oo, and had been told I coul not return until I paid the balance in pull. This put me off meds for 2 weeks. As a pain patient who has limited funds for rides and meds and visits. What a cruel life it is to be dumped off important meds only to try to get half filled to avoid severe withdrawl symtoms.
