Was told it was a brake booster so I bought a new one and took it to him, for it to not even be the brake booster and couldn’t get my truck fixed yet I was still charged 375 dollars and bought a 300 dollar part I didn’t even need. Just to be in the same situation I was I. Wrote I even called to have it repaired.
He was here 20 minutes and I told him before he got here my fuel line was leaking over the gas tank on my RV. He told ME to order a new fuel line and charged me 130$ for coming out and doing nothing. He didn't diagnose the issue because we already knew it was a fuel leak. I feel like I wasted my money on absolutely nothing. This can be repaired but he did not come prepared to repair it. And for 130$ he should have at least offered to source it. Had he done that he would have found that its been discontinued by ford therefore... read more
