Front desk woman is awful
the front desk never answer the phone or get back with me. i can’t get ahold of anybody. sucks because i’ve been calling for 3 weeks now and heard nothing back.
The people at Talbert House in Franklin helped me change my life for the better. From the first day to current day I’ve had help along the way to a whole year now clean of substance abuse. My mental health is the best it’s ever been. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Thank you for everything Talbert House Franklin.
The staff are so great there. Pam makes you feel so welcomed dr. Thomas is amazing and his nurse Brooke is amazing as well they take there time with you they answer all of your questions and treat you with so much respect! It's a great place all together.
